Promotional Period: January 1st 2019, 6am AWST until Wednesday 26th June 2019.

Eligibility: Entry is open to WA residents aged 18 years and older. The promotion is open to Residential home owners only. To be eligible for the draw the lift/elevator purchase MUST be in the home owners name and registered to the home owners residential address. The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant. Employees of West Coast Elevators including their immediate family are not eligible to enter.

Prize: 1 x Brand New Toyota Corolla Ascent (Hybrid) White. Standard ticket in the draw is one entry ticket per Residential lift purchase upon the deposit being paid in full as per the standard terms and conditions of West Coast Elevators.

Prize Pool: One prize representing as per description above. Value $29,700.00.

Entry: The deposit payment is required within the 21 days from the date of the tender (or as agreed and stipulated on tender) as per the contract to enter the competition campaign. After the deposit has been received and receipted by West Coast Elevators the entrant will receive one (1) entry into the prize draw. Entrants must be present at the function held by West Coast Elevators in the Conference room at the Home Base in Subiaco on the evening 28th June 2018 to win the prize. NO ATTENDANCE NO PRIZE.

Winner Selection: All entries must be in (Deposit paid and receipted by WCE) by 26th June 2019 by 5pm to be in the draw. The winner will be drawn at 7pm on Friday 28th June 2019. Prize winner will be able to collect and sign for the vehicle on Monday 1st July 2019. No alterations in colour, additions, upgrades and any changes will be made to the vehicle within the supplied prize. Any changes made at the time of collection will be at the winner’s expense. No negotiation on this will be entered into.

Prize Conditions: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash under any circumstances. The prize will be re drawn on the evening after 5 minutes if the first name drawn is not in attendance on the evening. Any ancillary costs associated with the prize are not included unless specified.

Publicity: The promoter may use the prize winners’ details for promotional purposes unless a written request is made otherwise. No payment will be given for any publicity achieved as a result of the promotion.

Release: To the fullest extent permissible by law, each entrant including the prize winner and any person partaking in any component of the prize, releases and indemnifies the promoter from any claim, loss, damage, injury, expense (including any claim for legal expenses) cost or change sustained or in anyway incurred in connection with the prize or promotion participation in the prize promotion. The promoter’s responsibility for the provision of prize is limited to the prize described in these terms and conditions, the promoter accepts no further liability or commitment beyond those stated and is not liable for any failure of the promoter’s agents or contractors to supply the prize as stated.

Disputes: In the event of a dispute, the decision of the promoter is final and binding.

Alteration: Subject to any regulatory requirements, the promoter reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions to address any misinterpretation, misinformation or misunderstanding in the application of these terms and conditions, as permitted by law. The promoter’s decision will be final.

Acceptance: Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Disqualification: Any failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in immediate disqualification of an entrant or the prize winner. Disqualification will be the promoter’s sole discretion.

Cancelation: The promoter reserves the right to cancel the promotion at anytime without limitation if the promoter determines that a virus, bug, tampering, security breach or any unauthorized intervention has occurred. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this competition is unlawful and subject to possible legal action by the promoter.
