River Home Milestone Update
The River Homes project continues to make strong progress, with construction commencing in May 2026 and Stage 1 already reaching major milestones. Multiple home slabs have been poured, with several residences now in the early brickwork phase.
The steady momentum on site reflects the coordinated efforts of all partners working to bring the Burswood Point vision to life.
West Coast Elevators has officially commenced project management for the Sovereign Lift installations, with our team recently meeting Urbane’s site supervisors to complete the first lift check measures. These early inspections ensure all shafts and structural elements are tracking to plan, allowing us to proactively coordinate each stage of the installation process and maintain the level of quality and craftsmanship expected of the River Homes collection.
